NORTH CAROLINAShiloh Reformed Church in Faith, NC  is seeking a part-time Pastoral AssistantQualifications:  Seminary or Bible College Ministry Degree preferred – Experience serving on a Church Staff preferred –  Christlike Character – Teamwork –         Ordained or on a path to ordination.   The Pastoral Assistant shall be a part-time (approximately 20 hours) member of the Shiloh staff who will work at the direction of the Senior Pastor in fulfilling Shiloh’s mission of sharing the love of Jesus Christ with people everywhere.  This objective will be accomplished by assisting the Pastor, becoming thoroughly acquainted with, adhering to and supporting the Church’s Statement of Faith, Mission Statement, policies, guidelines, procedures and direction and being a leading participant in helping the Church fulfill its Mission.  Duties include the following:

·         Participating in the Caring Ministry of the Church including visitation of the homebound and the sick of the congregation

·         Assisting the Pastor in Worship Services

·         Serving as a Staff representative with selected committees as directed by the Pastor

·         Participating in the development of the Discipleship and Christian Education Program of the Church

·         Directing services and preaching in the Pastor’s absence

·         Regularly attending Staff Meetings and Consistory Meetings
